The message for this shoot prior photographing and filming was to capture the ageless quality and character of the 1920’s Californian bungalow on show. There was more focus on the framing of each image for this property, capitalising on the array of overhanging trees, and French, wooden archways. Finding the balance between modern and contemporary was one of 2 or 3 other elements that are high on the priority list, which can be seen in our film production for the property. Attention to detail is prominent throughout, from the music choice, right through to the pace of from scene to scene. Each property has its own unique personality, and this certainly was no exception.
