Use expert real estate photography to get an edge.

Unlike many photography companies that dabble in everything, the team at Fab IT is focused entirely on real estate. We specialise in bringing out the best in every property.

Our work is informed by years of experience documenting many different types of properties, and dealing with highly variable lighting conditions and furnishings. Our meticulously polished, European-inspired photographs have been featured in recent issues of Western Homes magazine.

Though many clients simply ask us for still shots of their property, we’re also adept at portrait photography for professional profiles, auction photography, and video tours.

If you’d like to find out more about what we can do for you, we’d love to chat. Contact us today to arrange a free, no-obligation photography quote.

It’s no secret that beautiful photography sells.

When you’re selling a property, it’s absolutely vital that you do it justice with top-notch professional photos. It doesn’t matter if your property is commercial or residential – potential buyers will be put off by amateur images.

The reason is psychological. Imagine that you’re trying to decide on a new home for your family. First, you look at an ordinary real estate listing: a mass of unimaginative photos taken at eye-level with a cheap camera. Not bad, but not particularly enticing either.

Then you notice another listing in the same neighbourhood, with a similar price point. This listing’s incredible photography gives it the appearance of a French real-estate magazine. The expertly framed, high-resolution photos depict marble countertops, cedarwood ceilings, and tiny attractive details like a basil plant bathed in sunlight on a kitchen windowsill. The finest qualities of the property are captured perfectly, and make this second listing far more appealing. Not only have you already decided to arrange a visit; you’ve also decided to enlist the same real estate agent to help you sell your own house.

Crucially, the quality of the listing’s photos suggests something about the quality of the property. The most beautiful million-dollar holiday home will look shabby if no attention is paid to light and shadow, framing, lens type, white balance, and so on. The most experienced real estate photographers will carefully consider all these elements, and the resulting photos will be infinitely more powerful than the usual images taken with a smartphone.
