We're visual storytellers for Auckland's built environment - capturing architecture and construction with the care and attention it deserves.
Our Story
View Our Work
For 10 years, we’ve helped Auckland’s leading architects, builders, interior designers, and real estate agencies showcase their work at its best. We bring together photography, video, aerials, floor plans, reels, virtual staging, dusk imagery, and AI-enhanced visuals under one trusted team.
We use the latest equipment and technology, but our approach is deliberately old-school where it matters most: reliability, service, communication, and doing the job properly. Every shoot is treated with care, every client matters, and every image has a job to do -to make people stop, look, and feel something.
Fabit exists to make great spaces look as good online as they feel in person.
Every shoot begins with understanding the vision behind the project - the design intent, the material choices, the way light moves through a space. It's about translating months or years of work into imagery that does it justice.
Over the years, we've built lasting relationships with architects, builders, and developers across Auckland. Many of our clients come back project after project, and that's the result we're most proud of. When you trust someone to document your work, you want to know they'll get it right every time.

Even after a word-of-mouth referral, over 60% of homeowners still research design and build professionals online.
MBIE forecasts 44% of New Zealand’s building consents through to 2030 will be in Auckland — making premium visual marketing essential for architects, designers and builders who want to be remembered, not just seen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We offer photography, video, drone, floor plans, dusk imagery, AI-enhanced visuals, reels, and other visual marketing content. This allows clients to keep their project content consistent across websites, social media, award entries, case studies, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Our background is rooted in real estate, architecture, and high-end property marketing. We understand how to make a space look polished, but we also know how to tell the story behind the design, build, materials, process, and client experience. Our aim is to create content that feels premium, purposeful, and useful beyond a single social media post.
Yes. We can help plan the best approach depending on the project, the client, the intended use of the content, and the key features that need to be captured. For larger projects, we can also discuss shot lists, interview options, timing, drone requirements, and the overall story you want to tell.
High-quality photography and video help your work live beyond the completion date. Strong visuals can build trust, attract better clients, support award entries, strengthen your website, improve your social media presence, and clearly show the value of your process, design, and craftsmanship.
If you are unsure, we can guide you. The best approach depends on your business, your audience, the project, and where the content will be used. A finished architectural shoot may be perfect for one client, while another may benefit more from a full case study with video, testimonials, drone, and behind-the-scenes content.
Yes. We can tailor the look and feel of the content to suit your brand, whether you prefer clean and minimal, warm and editorial, premium and architectural, or more people-focused and story-driven.
Turnaround depends on the size and type of project. Real estate work is usually delivered quickly, while architectural, construction, and case study projects may require more detailed editing. We will confirm timeframes before each project so expectations are clear.
